Pranayama is it all branch of Ashtanga Yoga exercise. It can be described as a respiration exercise that encourages appropriate respiration. The Four Levels Of Pranayama

Nispatti: The final level of Pranayama allows the yogi goes beyond his actual body system, and combines with the supreme
